Kay Arnold, LPC, MHSP

Kay Arnold, a Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider, received a graduate counseling degree from Trevecca Nazarene University.   Her counseling opportunity with The BABBCenter began in 1997.

Kay’s counseling interests include teen issues, marriage and family difficulties, disordered eating concerns, trauma resolution, and general life stresses. She is an EMDR clinician and trained in several trauma reprocessing techniques, teaches court-ordered parenting classes, and has lead groups within the community.  Along with work at The BABBCenter, Kay is a consultant with the Tennessee Licensure Board and has been actively involved with Tennessee LPC Association as a founding member and past president.

Kay lives on a farm in Portland with her husband, Chip who is a writer and actor. Chip and Kay are co-authoring a book, Strange Bedfellows, A Marriage of Irreconcilable Differences. They have two married daughters and two wonderful sons-in-law.
