Daniel Vaughan, LPC, MHSP

Daniel Vaughan, a Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider, received his Master of Arts in marriage and family counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. For the first eleven years of his counseling career, he provided psychotherapy services for adoptive families, foster children, and juvenile sex offenders in Texas.

Having joined The BabbCenter in the Fall of 2015, Daniel provides counseling for married couples and families whose children struggle with moderate to severe behavioral issues, abuse, trauma, and grief. Daniel also specializes in working with all members of the family during the phases of the adoption and foster care process, from initial preparations to post-adoptive care. He has extensive experience working with mental health issues such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar, and other psychotic disorders. 

Daniel’s other interests include working with computers and technology and teaching others to understand and use them more effectively. Daniel has trained many families in the responsible use of technology.

Daniel has been married to his wife Molly since 2002 and they have four children. Daniel’s interests include football, hunting, fishing, and traveling. He hopes to one day earn his pilot’s license.
