Please be aware that if you are still in the waiting room at the start of your appointment time, there may be a few reasons.
- your provider is having technical difficulty and will be on momentarily
- your provider is completing the session before you and will be on momentarily
- you may have clicked on a different provider instead of the one you are scheduled with
- this is not your scheduled appointment time
